  9. For all courses, you must complete assessment tasks by yourself. This includes all assessment work in the ‘What do I already know?’ and ‘End Test’ sections as well as portfolio submissions. You cannot be helped by someone else to complete these and someone else cannot do the assessment for you.

  1. You are based in Ireland.

  2. You enter correct information in your registration form.

  3. You are 16 or over.

  4. You meet the below entry requirements for our online courses:
    • For all courses, you should be able to:
      • Use a desktop computer / tablet / laptop / smartphone on your own.
      • Get on the internet and navigate to a website on your own.
      • Log in to a website on your own.
    • For Level 1 courses, there are no further entry requirements.
    • For Level 2 courses, you should have a Level 1 Certificate or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant life skills and work experience.
    • For Preparing for Level 3 courses, you should have a Level 2 Certificate or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant life skills and work experience.
    • For Level 3 courses, you should have a Level 2 Certificate or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant life skills and work experience.
    • For professional development courses, you should have completed your Leaving Certificate/ a Level 5 Certificate or equivalent or have relevant life skills and work experience.
  5. You agree to receipt of automatic email notifications based on your activity on Learn with NALA. This will include, but is not limited to, notifications offering you support if you have been inactive, notifications about your progress in a course, notifications about completing assessment and notifications requesting your feedback.

  6. You agree to receipt of follow up phone calls, emails and texts from our support team. This will include, but is not limited to, information on your course progress and assessment requirements, requests for personal data verification, offers of additional support and resources and requests to take part in research.

  7. You follow the rules and code of conduct as set out in the learner charter.
