For all courses, you must complete assessment tasks by yourself. This includes all assessment work in the ‘What do I already know?’ and ‘End Test’ sections as well as portfolio submissions. You cannot be helped by someone else to complete these and someone else cannot do the assessment for you.

You agree to receipt of automatic email notifications based on your activity on Learn with NALA. This will include, but is not limited to, notifications offering you support if you have been inactive, notifications about your progress in a course, notifications about completing assessment and notifications requesting your feedback.
You agree to receipt of follow up phone calls, emails and texts from our support team. This will include, but is not limited to, information on your course progress and assessment requirements, requests for personal data verification, offers of additional support and resources and requests to take part in research.
You follow the rules and code of conduct as set out in the learner charter.
